Tulsa, OK // June 4, 2013 - Robert F. Biolchini, President and CEO of PennWell Corporation, a diversified global media company, was honored for his outstanding contribution to the power industry, by the Austrian Ministry for Economy at a glittering VIP dinner held last night in Vienna, Austria, sponsored by GE and Austrian energy group OMV.
The award was presented to Biolchini by Dr Christian Schoenbauer, Director General of The Austrian Ministry of Economy and His Excellency William C. Eacho, US Ambassador to Austria, on the eve of POWER-GEN Europe, PennWell's flagship European power conference and exhibition, held in Austria's capital city Vienna for the first time in the event's 21 year history.
Dr Schoenbaur commented, "We are delight to make this presentation to Mr Biolchini. We recognize his passion and vision to develop events and media to promote cleaner and more efficient forms of electric power generation. We feel it is fitting that PennWell, under Mr Biolchini's leadership and guidance, is staging POWER-GEN Europe in Austria, a country at the forefront of developing a cleaner energy future."

ROBERT BIOLCHINI - BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Robert F. Biolchini has been President and Chief Executive Officer of PennWell Corporation since April 1, 2000. Bob is also the founding partner of the Tulsa-based law firm Stuart, Biolchini & Turner, which also serves as general counsel for PennWell. He is chairman of Valley National Bank and Ameritrust in Oklahoma and Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Jackson Hole Wyoming. He is a member of Lloyds of London, the director of Old Faithful Underwriting Limited, and a director of American Business Media. Since 2001 Bob has served on the University of Notre Dame Board of Trustees. Bob and his wife, Frances Lauinger Biolchini (Fran), have six children and six grandchildren.
